These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YelloCompass (the "Service"), operated by Yellomind ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
2. Use of the Service
YelloCompass provides assessment, scoring, and reporting tools for organizations. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems;
- Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.
3. Tenant & Organization Data
Where the Service is used on behalf of an organization ("Tenant"), the individual creating or administering that Tenant account represents that they are authorized to act on the organization's behalf and to agree to these Terms for it.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding data you submit), is owned by Yellomind and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to host, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property, liability, and governing law provisions.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yellomind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
